Who am I?

I currently serve as the Chair of the Northern Virginia chapter of the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) as well as the Co-Chair of GLSEN's National Advisory Council. Bullied myself throughout elementary school, I became a student leader for both GLSEN and the Anti-Defamation League during high school. Known as an advocate for gay rights, I have been recognized by GLSEN, the Anti-Defamation League, Battlefield High School, and Prince William County Schools for my work in protecting students for all reasons. Now as an adult leader for GLSEN and a facilitator for the Anti-Defamation League, I speak at schools and organizations throughout the region and the nation on a variety of issues including gay rights advocacy, anti-semitism, and anti-bias education.
